(33:04) How to Care for LOTS of Clones
We pick up right at Part Two of our cloning exploration with Mike
from GrowersHouse. Mike shares insights into his actual cloning
technique where he emphasizes the need for proper clone placement
and depth. He explains how plugs hold water at a certain "table
level" in your clone dome, and where you should be placing your
cuts to allow them to take up water and nutrients. This leads
a conversation about optimal moisture levels, and Mike. drops some
tips on using weight as a metric of moisture. Mike also talks about
using household alternatives to clone gels like aloe and willow
bark extract- and why IBA is still the best choice for home
growers. Mike wraps up the show by talking about caring for many
many clones at once, and how the difficulty of cloning goes as the
amount of genetics increases.
